Services

Plastic injection molding by Gordy Plastics provides custom industrial components for a wide range of industries.

We are capable of manufacturing parts in sizes from micro to large and also multi-component assemblies. Utilizing injection, insert molding, and reaction injection molding, we work with a variety of plastic materials such as ABS, polypropylene, polyurethane, and PVC. Our dedicated and experienced employees work with clients to manufacture the parts that meet their needs in materials that are suited to their applications.

Our injection molding capabilities feature clamping forces of 85 to 300 tons, shot sizes from 2.27 to 29.00 oz, a clamping stroke of 12″ to 28″, with molds having from 1 to 24+ cavities. We utilize platens from 22″ to 36″ long and 14″ to 25″ wide. Maximum daylight heights can measure from 15.5″ to 28″. We work to a standard tolerance of ±0.005″ but tighter tolerances are available. With a full set of test and inspection processes, we guarantee components will always be of the highest quality.
